To develop this new concept, we used our sealing technology to test and validate in just a few days the optimum format and folds to obtain a three-sided stand-up pouch. We also considered the constraints imposed by our production tools, which means that this new packaging can be produced with a minimum of adaptation. We were faced with the problem with the subbase, since all the subbases on the market have a standard shape. So, we designed and prototyped a triangular-shaped base using 3D printing.Financing innovation:
