DigiShape, Sealester's prototyping machine, can produce flexible packaging with different seal shapes using a single tool. The machine is equipped with a sealing module and a cutting module that shape the packaging by moving over the films to form several units, ranging from a dozen to several hundred units of flexible packaging. The final shape of the packaging is defined by the trajectories of the sealing and cutting tools. Changing the shape simply requires a change to the program that manages the movement of the machine.
Our options
Two machines sizes are available as standard: the first for a maximum packaging format of 300 mm * 400 mm and the second for a maximum format of 700 mm * 1000 mm. Our machines are made to measure, according to your requirements. We can adapt the dimensions to meet your objectives.
Parameter setting
The machine is easy to use: an intuitive HMI is used for control, and the choice of process parameters to obtain a good seal is handled by the digital algorithms of the machine, reducing set-up time and, subsequently, production waste.
